One-on-One Coaching with a Recruiting Director
Players get individualized recruiting guidance from a Second City Director. Through personalized one-on-one sessions, a director helps players build a target school list, craft their recruiting story, and navigate communication with college coaches.
IWLCA Sports Recruiting Profile
Every Gold team player gets a professional IWLCA Sports Recruiting Profile, giving them visibility with college programs across the country and a polished, credible presence in front of recruiters.
Team Illinois Girls Recruiting Academy
Our Team Illinois Girls Recruiting Academy is a quarterly educational program held via Zoom, designed to walk players and parents through every stage of the recruiting process, from understanding NCAA rules and timelines to building relationships with coaches and standing out in a competitive field. This service is open to all of our teams every graduation year!
