Biography
​
Colleen (Speth) Kincaid was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois where she was a 3x All-State and 2x All American goalie for Evanston Township High School. She then went on to play Division I Lacrosse at UMass Amherst before returning home to coach for her alma mater. Since then, Colleen has coached for numerous youth, high school, and club programs across Illinois. Colleen is currently the assistant coach at Aurora University whose 2021 season included a first-ever conference championship and a sweet sixteen finish in the NCAA tournament. With over 10 years of coaching experience, Colleen has contributed to the development of hundreds of lacrosse players in Illinois and across the Midwest. She is currently the Head Coach of D2 Lewis University Women's Lacrosse.

Head Coach at Lewis University 2023-present, Aurora University Conference Champions (2021), Aurora University Sweet Sixteen Finalist (2021), 2018 IHSA Girl's Lacrosse Coach of the Year, Under Armour Midwest Command Coach and 2020 West Champions (2019 & 2020), US Lacrosse IL National Team Coach (2016 & 2018), Regina Dominica High School Head Coach (2015-2016) where she was the winningest coach in program history and secured the first-ever playoff win in the 20-year history of the program, Resurrection College Prep Inaugural Head Coach (2013), Barrington High School Goalie Coach, Evanston Youth Lacrosse Coach, Northwestern University Goalie Camp Coach.

Lacrosse Accomplishments

3x All-State and 2x All American goalie for Evanston Township High School was recruited to play Division 1 at UMass Amherst, A10 Rookie of the Week 2008 season.
